The last few weeks have seen GoReport CEO, Mike Llewellyn deliver informative, inspiring and thought-provoking technology presentations on behalf of RICS to their enthused members at numerous regional events and at their flagship Residential Conference in London.
Mike spoke on technology and data’s impact in the surveying workplace as part of an RICS CPD morning and networking lunch event in Hull. He was also invited to speak at the RICS & Sika Construction Knowledge Day in Leeds on technology in the workplace and its implications for managing the built environment. At the Residential Conference in London he gave a presentation on latest technology surveyors must know. Surveyors from the East Grinstead and Newcastle regions also benefitted from hearing him speak on mobile technology as part of a series of SurveyTech roadshows.
The appetite for embracing the digital revolution in the surveying workplace is increasing and surveyors are keen to learn more about how they can take advantage of new and emerging technologies. They are eager to learn how surveying firms are harnessing and deploying these new technologies, which are ultimately benefitting their businesses.
Commenting on his RICS speaking engagements, Mike said: “It has been a privilege to share how technology is changing the surveying workplace and impacting the role of the surveyor with RICS members throughout the UK. I have received great feedback to date and I look forward to further supporting the RICS and its members.”
