Our Professional Services team take time to fully understand your workflow process, so that we can fine tune the product and training to best suit your specific needs. Our team works with surveyors on a daily basis solving their problems and will go through your workflow process with you via a scoping call. We will walk through exactly how and why you do what you do and take a look at what your current reports look like. We will then begin configuring our solution to mirror your survey and reporting workflow.
The second stage in Building Success is for you to sign-off on the solution, after we have answered any further clarification questions and made a few final tweaks here and there. Once signed off, formal training is scheduled and carried out. This includes administrator training and surveyor training (how you capture data onsite). Both training sessions count towards CPD hours.
After you have completed two or three surveys using our solution we will carry out an initial audit with you. Its purpose is to ensure that you are making the most effective use of your GoReport solution. We listen to your feedback, assess how it is working for you and tweak if necessary. Once you have carried out seven or eight surveys we will then carry out one final audit with you to check that everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
